I can't type for shit this afternoon. I woke up with a headache from hell and it's not a hangover. I can't think clearly at all today. I had canned chili on half melted/ half iced buttered toast for breakfast.

The appliance shop STILL hasn't fixed my damn fridge (been without a fridge for 3 and a half weeks now). My eyes are burning and I gotta go get more ice at $3.76 a day. It's eating my budget and my savings at this point.

Hell, I might as well drop by the new ABC store (conveniently located next to the grocery store now, what a tease to an old alcky like me) and pick up some vodka and drink myself silly tonight. Hell, if I'm going to end up living in a tent city, I had better get my alcohol tolerance back to a decent level to prepare for it.

Who else wants to get shitfaced tonight? I know I do, just because it's all too damn much to face any more and life was better in the 90s. God, I've never been more pissed off at a fellow tech person in my life as I am with that damn fridge repair guy right now. It was under warranty when he first attempted to repair it. I'll be he tries to charge me now. I won't pay it. He should have fixed it while it was under warranty instead of pumping it with Freon and sending it back un-repaired. He's gonna have a fight on his hands. If I'm still drunk when it happens, I may need bail money.

If $3.76 per day is notably eating into their budget, they should really consider not consuming luxury items like weed, vodka or bail money.

Of course the weed is probably why they're living paycheck to paycheck in the first place.

Sending it back?!   Are we talking about a dorm refridgerator here?    My new fridge died and Lowes came to my house to attempt a repair, but ended up replacing it.   There is no way in hell that I would allow it to be removed to be repaired  -- they take it, they are replacing it.  Period.

Why do I get the feeling she was already high when she posted that?
