Code Pink Founder Medea Benjamin's Radical ‘Charity’ Ordered To Cease Operations, as US Ups Pressure on Charity’s Shadowy Benefactor, Neville Roy Singham

Arc of Justice—the California-based charity established by Code Pink cofounder Medea Benjamin to dole out millions to Code Pink and other far left activist groups—was recently ordered by the state's attorney general to cease all operations after failing to file taxes for three consecutive years and account for more than $51 million in assets that still remain a mystery, according to documents reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.

Since California first revoked the foundation's charitable registration 18 months ago and ordered it to provide a full accounting of $51,445,599 in outstanding assets it held as of 2023, "no public document establishes what has happened to the money, where it is held, or whether any of it has moved," according to an investigation by the Intelligent Advocacy Network (IAN) watchdog group that was shared exclusively with the Free Beacon. California's punitive measures are particularly noteworthy given that they were issued under liberal Attorney General Rob Bonta, who has aligned himself with the Democratic Party's far-left progressive wing.

The silence from Arc of Justice raises unanswered questions about a foundation that has long served as the financial backbone for a network of radical advocacy groups tied to Benjamin and her Code Pink cofounder, Jodie Evans. Evans is married to Neville Roy Singham, a Maoist American tech mogul who funds far-left causes from his base in Shanghai and who's currently the subject of a Justice Department criminal probe.

Code Pink, which has had up to a quarter of its operations funded by Singham, is one of the left's most visible agitators, sending its supporters to disrupt high-profile congressional proceedings where they accuse Israel of "genocide." Code Pink, which brims with anti-American sentiment, is also notorious for backing dictators, strongmen, and authoritarian regimes—meeting with Cuban communist officials in Havana, cooperating with Hamas, defending Nicolás Maduro, and explaining away Chinese atrocities against the Uyghurs.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday refused to rehear the lawsuit brought by twenty-two young climate activists, which initially challenged President Donald Trump’s fossil fuel agenda, leaving intact a panel decision that found the plaintiffs lacked standing. The youths in Lighthiser v. Trump argued that Trump’s executive orders promoting fossil fuel development would increase emissions and worsen climate-related harms in the future.

The 22 plaintiffs, from Montana, Oregon, Hawaii, California and Florida, filed Lighthiser v. Trump in Montana District Court in May 2025. In October 2025, the Montana court dismissed the youths’ lawsuit for lack of jurisdiction, despite finding “overwhelming evidence” that “climate change” will harm the plaintiffs in the future and defining the situation as “children’s health emergency.”

The plaintiffs appealed the dismissal to the Ninth Circuit in June 2026, with a three-judge panel affirming the Montana court’s decision. The plaintiffs then petitioned for en banc review in July, asking the full Ninth Circuit to reconsider the panel’s ruling.

Trump administration negotiates removal of nuclear material from covert Syrian site

The Trump administration has reached agreement with Syria and Israel for the International Atomic Energy Agency to remove nuclear material stored at a covert site in Syria, according to U.S. and Israeli officials.

This deal comes as the Trump administration and the IAEA were rushing to reach a diplomatic agreement to secure the material and resolve the matter before Israel and potentially Turkey get involved over the sensitive site, as the news outlet Axios first reported.

The behind-the-scenes exchange of threats and diplomacy over the secret site occurred over months before the resolution was reached weeks ago, but was kept hidden and not previously reported, Axios said.

The secret nuclear program which had been developed under the Assad regime with the help of North Korean experts in the mid 2000s centered on the Al-Kibar reactor, which was mostly destroyed after Israel bombed it in 2007. However, several research-and-development and storage sites, mostly inactive, reportedly remained.

After the toppling of the Assad regime, the IAEA signed an agreement with the new Syrian government allowing it to visit the Al-Kibar reactor and several other sites connected to Syria’s prior nuclear activity.

One of the facilities Israel was closely monitoring over the past two years was called “Site 99.” According to two Israeli officials, the Assad regime stored nuclear material as part of the Al-Kibar nuclear reactor project.

Not exactly a diplomatic coup, but still an accomplishment to PO Trump- and Israel-Haters.
