DU member medienanalyse contacted the public prosecutor’s office in Offenbach, Germany on September 9, 2008 and brought charges against:

Pete Zalewski, Glenn Michael (ARTCC Boston Center)

Stacey Taylor, Richard Kettell (ARTCC Cleveland)
unknown ATCs of Washington Center (Leesburg, Virginia -KZDC)

Ben Sliney, FAA HQ Herndon Va.

Senior Airman Stacia Rountree, Tech Sergeant Shelley Watson, Master Sergeant Maureen Dooley, Jeremy Powell, Lieutenant Colonel Kevin Nasypany, Lt. Col. Dawne Deskins

Otis ANG Commander Quenneville and colleagues of Langley AFB and Andrews AFB

Lt. Col. Timothy Duffy, Maj. Daniel Nash, Lt. Col. Brad Jackson

Lt. Col. Steve O’Brien

Captain Charles M. Leidig, Brig. General Montague Winfield, NMCC

George W. Bush, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz

and further possible cases of people being responsible.


They are suspected of Murder, bodily harm, omission of help, creation of a terrorist group and endangering of the international air traffic

In the cases of the German citizens Heinrich Kimmig, Klaus Bothe and Wolfgang Menzel and almost 3,000 more victims of September 11.

The "free" translation I did on some of the text on the link, while being nearly unintelligible, indicates this will be lauged out of court.

Do the DUmmies realize that anyone can open up a legal complaint against anyone for any reason in Germany ? Kinda like anyone who pays can get a poem published in a hardbound book with everyone else who paid, or into one of the many "Who's Who" books ?

This isn't an accomplishment.
