When ICE Visits Your Plant and Your Employees Drop From 100 to 24? That's All on You

https://hotair.com/tree-hugging-sister/2026/06/10/when-ice-visits-your-plant-and-your-employees-drop-from-100-to-24-thats-all-on-you-n3815802

Quote
In western South Carolina, pretty close to the Georgia line, there is a metal casting manufacturing plant. The Burnstein von Seelen Precision Casting facility does all sorts of stuff in various metals, and is proud that it 'is the only ISO Certified copper based permanent mold facility in North America.' The company website displays the logos of a number of well-known clients, such as General Electric, Siemens, and General Dynamics.
...
According to the results of a two-year-long federal investigation, managers at the plant were not as picky when it came to the particulars of the help they hired. And it doesn't appear to have been as if one or two had simply slipped through a screening loophole, judging by the number of employees escorted off the property last Wednesday (Not to mention those who vanished).

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), along with local law enforcement, acted on what they'd learned during that lengthy time digging into a large identity theft operation.

They finally raided the plant.

Quote
A two-year investigation into immigrants with fake identity documents led to federal officials detaining 48 workers at a South Carolina metal casting business and six people facing state charges, including two top managers at the plant, authorities announced Thursday.
...
Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers took the workers into custody on alleged immigration violations, and the company's plant manager and human resources director were arrested on allegations they knowingly hired immigrants in the U.S. illegally, state Attorney General Alan Wilson said at a news conference.
...
The state attorney general says in some of these instances fraudsters were literally using two or three stolen identities at a time because they 'hadn't gotten the paperwork right the first time.'

My emphasis. One of the crimes obscured in MSM coverage of illegal immigration is that illegals who work "on the books" only do so by committing identity theft. This is not just a paperwork crime, it screws up the taxes and SSA status of the persons whose identities were stolen. In this case, the degree and details of the identity theft was so blatant that the manglers at the company may face consequences.

San Francisco: Measure to Hike Taxes on Large Companies Flops with Voters

https://www.breitbart.com/economy/2026/06/09/san-francisco-measure-to-hike-taxes-on-large-companies-flops-with-voters/

Quote
Voters in San Francisco, California, leaned away from a ballot measure to hike taxes on some big companies.

The latest data on the San Francisco Department of Elections website showed Measure D was sinking, Fox Business reported Tuesday. The results showed 53.64 percent had voted no while 46.36 percent voted yes.

The measure’s text read:

Quote
Shall the City permanently change the top executive pay tax it collects from some large businesses when their highest-paid managerial employee earns more than 100 times the median compensation paid to their San Francisco employees, by changing the tax to be calculated using the compensation of all employees, not just those based in San Francisco, and shall the City increase the top executive pay tax rates for these businesses to either between 0.183% and 1.121% of their gross receipts or between 0.75% and 4.47% of their payroll expense in San Francisco, for an estimated annual revenue increase of $250-$300 million? ...

I'm mildly surprised by this. The Progs' anti-business and anti-"rich people" demonizations failed, by a significant margin. This does not bode well for the proposed "Billionaire Tax" if a similar measure failed in uber-Prog SF.

Over 100 UNRWA Jihad Staffers Helped Hamas on Oct. 7, Watchdog Reveals

https://pjmedia.com/catherinesalgado/2026/06/10/over-100-unrwa-jihaid-staffers-helped-hamas-on-oct-7-watchdog-reveals-n4953814

Quote
Over a hundred employees of the most infamous United Nations agency helped Hamas terrorists commit the heinous atrocities of Oct. 7, 2023.
...
USAID’s inspector general's office, which is separate from the almost extinct and infamously corrupt agency of the same name, shared its UNRWA findings with the Washington Free Beacon. The outlet reported that 101 “UNRWA school principals, teachers, security personnel, attendants, psychosocial counselors, and medical professionals” are also members of Hamas’s Al-Qassam Brigades — the primary perpetrators of the Oct. 7 atrocities — or other terrorist factions.

From the Free Beacon:

Quote
The latest staffers to be flagged at UNRWA—historically the primary major relief organization operating in Gaza—include a "deputy school principal serving as an al-Qassam deputy company commander in the Ain Gallout/5th infantry battalion," as well as a "deputy school principal serving as squad leader for the Khan Younis Brigade/2nd." Another teacher served as a "platoon commander of the Central Brigade/Al Quds 2nd Battalion," while a "math and computer teacher" was found to have "ties to an Al-Qassam intelligence squad." A third UNRWA instructor had "expertise as a sniper for Hamas," and a fourth served as a "Hamas soldier with orders to bring two anti-tank missiles to a prescribed location during the October 7 terror attacks." One other deputy UNRWA school principal served as a "platoon commander in Hamas’ Nuseirat battalion with communications responsibilities on October 7th."

UNExit, the US from the UN and the UN from the US.

Emergency Room Delays in Britain’s Socialized Health Service Kill 300 Patients a Week.

❓ WHAT HAPPENED: Analysis by the Royal College of Emergency Medicine revealed that over 15,800 avoidable deaths occurred in British Accident & Emergency (A&E) departments in 2025 due to excessive wait times. Overcrowding and delays in treatment have become normalized, with nearly 500,000 patients waiting over 24 hours for care.

📺 DETAIL: The National Health Service (NHS), Britain’s socialized healthcare system, calls for patients to be seen within four hours of arrival, a target that has not been met nationwide since 2015. Medical officials say the primary cause of the delays is a lack of available hospital beds, leaving emergency departments unable to transfer patients for further treatment and forcing many to remain on beds in corridors. ...

The UK gooberment has GUTTED the Royal Navy to fund its social programs and "free healthcare" and this is what Britons get for their tax ₤₤₤₤.
