Candlelighters and Childhood Cancer Awareness
« on: September 18, 2008, 09:48:09 AM »
As I mentioned in my Help! thread some time ago.   A local radio station did a little segment on Childhood cancer and included a little about a non profit I'm involved with called Candlelighters.   I said I'd share when it was out.  It's small, but here it is..

Our site is
Candlelighters of Western PA

If you're in the mood for a really good cry, watch this..
Childhood Cancer Awareness

That's from last year and the conquer childhood cancer act did pass and President Bush signed it.

For my personal story..
Andy

Thanks for posting this Terry.  By the way, I have told your story numerous times to friends and family members, do you mind if I send them the link to Andy's website?

I don't mind at all.  I'm sure Andy would be happy to be famous too.  :-)

When ever I see his smiling face it makes me happy and sad at the same time.  You were lucky to have him in your life, he has made an impact on so many people.
