-needs help to win the war in Iran
-needs no help to win the war in Iran.
All to destroy a nuclear weapons program he claims to have destroyed last year.

All of DUpipo's gnat-straining won't save the next high official Israel bombs to sand temperature  or the next missile or drone storage bunker the US bombs to collapsed rubble.
