Man Who Shoved Two People Onto Subway Tracks Had Been Deported Four Times

Sunday morning a man shoved two people onto the subway tracks in New York City. Both of the people he shoved were complete strangers.

A maniac randomly shoved two straphangers – including an 83-year-old man – onto Upper East Side subway tracks just before noon Sunday, cops and law-enforcement sources said.

The elderly victim and a 31-year-old man were separately waiting for a train at the Lexington Avenue–63rd Street station in Manhattan around 11:40 a.m. when the fiend came up from behind and thrust the two onto the rails below, police said.

Luckily, there was no train coming at the time this happened. The younger man, Jhon Rodriguez, was the first one pushed onto the tracks and he pulled out his phone and filmed the attacker walking casually away.

At the end of that clip, you can see an older man walking in his direction. That's 83-year-old Richard Williams who was pushed onto the track next. Both of the victims were taken to the hospital. Unfortunately, Williams, an Air Force veteran, is still in critical condition.

The nutcase responsible for this was identified as Bairon Hernandez, an illegal immigrant who has been deported four times and has a long record.

His most recent illegal entry was probably during the LIEden MalAdministration. The State and City of New York have probably been preventing his arrest by ICE/CBP the past year or so.

Sadly, even if the 83YO survives, the likelihood of his FULL recovery is not high, may he prove me wrong.

Old Dominion University Shooting Being Investigated as Terrorism

There were two possible terror attacks today. The one near Detroit which Ed wrote about here and another one which took place at Old Dominion University in Virginia. The attack at ODU is now being investigated as terrorism. We'll get to why in a moment but first here's what happened.

A gunman opened fire in a building on the campus of Old Dominion University on Thursday, killing one person and injuring two others, in what the authorities said was being investigated as an act of terrorism...

Two people who were taken by ambulance to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where one of those patients died. The other patient was in critical condition, the hospital said. Another person took himself to a hospital in Virginia Beach, according to the university police chief, Garrett Shelton, and was later released.

The shooter has been identified as Mohamed Bailor Jalloh and he the suspicion that this was a terrorist act was pretty easy because he's previously been convicted of providing aid to ISIS.

The suspect was identified as 36-year-old Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, a former Virginia National Guardsman who had pleaded guilty in October 2016 to attempting to provide material support to the terror group ISIS, Dominique Evans, special agent in charge of the FBI's Norfolk Office, said during a news conference Thursday night...

"I can tell you that we have confirmed reports that prior to him conducting this act of terrorism, he shouted, stated, 'Allahu Akbar,' and he was formally a subject of a FBI investigation into material supporting terrorism," Evans told reporters.

I wonder if he got wind of being investigated. IMO, if he was here on a Green Card or had been naturalized, he should not have been in the US, duen to his 2016 conviction.

At Old Dominion University, a gunman attacked an ROTC class, shooting the teacher, a retired military instructor. A student averted more bloodshed by stabbing the terrorist to death.

The terrorist has been identified as Mohamed Bailor Jalloh. He had already served a criminal sentence for terrorism-related crimes:

The (Michigan temple shooter) criminal apparently crashed through the doors of the school and drove his truck partway down a corridor. Some reports say that he began firing after he entered the corridor. Members of the synagogue’s security team returned fire and killed him. There are conflicting reports as to whether his vehicle contained explosives. Only one person was injured, a security guard who reportedly was struck by the truck.

Local law enforcement was on the scene shortly after the incident was over, and the FBI eventually arrived. But the terrorist would have inflicted terrible damage if it were not for the synagogue’s own security. It is a sad reality that synagogues, and many churches too, need armed security.

The ODU shooter had been released from prison in 2024.

Professor of Military Science LTC Brandon Shah

Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Brandon A. Shah is a native of Virginia, an alumnus and commissionee of Old Dominion University (ODU), and the current Professor of Military Science (PMS) at ODU’s Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC).

Brandon enlisted into the Army in 2003 as an Aviation Operations Specialist. While enlisted, he obtained the rank of Sergeant before transitioning. On completing his enlisted service, which included service in the Active Duty Army, Army Reserves, and Virginia Army National Guard, Brandon graduated from Old Dominion University. Since his enlistment service to the present, he has deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and a rotation to Atlantic Resolve. Since his ODU commissioning, LTC Shah earned his Army Aviation Senior Aviator wings, flown more than 1,200 hours in 3 different aircraft, and completed over 600 combat flight hours.

Brandon last served as the Brigade S3 in the 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade, Hunter Army Airfield, Savannah, GA. Before Brigade S3, he served as the Squadron S3 in the 3-17 Air Cavalry Squadron overseeing modernization efforts for Attack Helicopters. Brandon’s command time exceeds 36 months which includes a command in A/1-3 Attack Reconnaissance Battalion, A/3-17 Air Cavalry Squadron, and B/603 Aviation Support Battalion. His service assignments include the 101st Airborne Division, 82nd Airborne Division, XVII Airborne Corps, United States Forces-Iraq, and 3rd Infantry Division.

Brandon’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Military Science Minor from ODU, an MBA from the University of Georgia, and an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Kansas.

Individual awards include the Senior Army Aviator Badge, Combat Action Badge, Parachutist Badge, and Air Assault Badge. In addition, Brandon has the Bronze Star (2 awards), Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (2 awards), Air Medal with Valor, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal (3 awards), Joint Service Achievement Medal, Army Achievement Medal (2 awards) and numerous campaign and unit awards.

Whoopi Goldberg, co-harpie on the worst morning talk show ever created, The View, is proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that she belongs to the tinfoil hat club with her recent “theory” about why President Donald Trump launched Operation Epic Fury against Iran. I think it’s safe to say we already knew Goldberg was a few french fries short of a full happy meal, but this woman’s brain has become so diseased by Trump Derangement Syndrome that it has transformed into a bag of cats.

“Well, I mean, it’s just nutty as hell. It’s nutty as hell and you’re right, every day is something new. And it’s — you know, I was thinking about it yesterday, because I thought, well, okay, why haven’t we been talking about Savannah Guthrie and what’s going on there?” Goldberg stated during a recent episode of the program.

“Why haven’t we — why have we not been talking about the Epstein files?” Goldberg asked about a topic her show has covered extensively. “Because that’s still there. This is meant to get us so worked up that we are unable to see anything else.”

Again, Goldberg is slipping into tinfoil hat territory. Could President Trump, the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, have access to intelligence information the rest of us know nothing about and have assessed that Iran poses a real and credible threat to our national security? After all, Iran has been a thorn in our side since the late 1970s. Apparently she has never heard of Occam’s Razor, the philosophical idea that when several competing explanations exist for something, people should prefer the simplest one because it is usually correct.

Somehow I think it would be jaw-droppingly amusing and amazing to find out what Whoopster thinks is "going on there" with  Savannah Guthrie's Mom. It's a personal tragedy for her family and a local story for Tucson and Pima County, but currently there's no evidence it's a significant national story.
