A word on Crockett/Talarico

Whoever wins gets my dollars.
Whoever wins shall get every last vote that can be gotten in the midterms
Whoever wins needs the support of every freedom loving person in the United States of America.
Whoever wins doesn't need the PUMA or I didn't get my pony bullshit.

You back whichever candidate wins either with a vote if you're a Texan or with money if you're not.

Freedom-Loving person? There is no such person at the DUmp

A few days ago, I saw a clip of a Crockett voter giving an interview.

Actually, she was a would-be Crockett voter. You see, she wanted to vote for Crockett, but voted for Talarico instead.

Why, you ask? Because, in her words, Crockett "can't win".

It's nice to see a tacit admission that not enough people agree with them for them to win. :-)

Crockett would be entertaining, but is probably unelectable statewide. Talarico would have to navigate the minefield of Texans being heavily libertarian, conservative, and moderate and having to placate the crazies to get their $$ and get them to turn out instead of staying home.
If The Vaccine is deadly as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, millions now living would have died.

wow, a Seth post with a single obscene/filthy word.  I can't see where he's EVER contributed to any candidate, even in his wife's name but I think Jasmine will win their primary, she is ahead, then Seth ought to contribute the max . The GOP primary is more interesting, probably will result in run-off. That's probably what Seth expects, the winner of the R primary bloodied, then Jas can rise to the top. Not gonna happen.

Being of a factual and trivia related mindset, happened to hear some talking head claim that it has been 38 years since a Democrat has represented Texas in the U.S. Senate. Did not look it up, but I'm going to guess it was the walking stiff Lloyd Bentsen, aka Dukakis' running-mate in 1988.

And yes, "Ma" Richards was the goobernor during the years I lived in the state of Texas, but IIRC she never ran for anything beyond that. According to legend, her closets were full of skeletons.
