I'm not ready to go full-CT, but unless there was a camera centered on every front row attendee, what's with the camera being focused on syringe-dude long before he did anything besides drink from his water bottle?

It won't surprise me if it turns out that this this was staged by Omar and her people, probably to deflect away from the daycare scandal in Minnesota.
