There's a word for this kind of "protest"—terrorism.

In most, but not all, of these terroristic acts, nobody gets seriously hurt, but the goal is to ensure that the ordinary course of life cannot be enjoyed due to constant threats and disruptions.

As the mob mentality has gotten completely out of control, Minnesota's DFL politicians are doubling down on encouraging the violence and terrorism. They are very happy that this is happening, and want to see a lot more of it. They are not appalled or trying to calm down the situation. Their goal is to escalate until they get their way.

This, ummm, may not progress as Dems think it will.

Two Portland Police Shot, Suspect at Large

A burly man in a black hoodie randomly shot two Portland police officers Monday night before making his escape.

The Portland Police Department (PPD) did release a photo of the individual they believe to be the shooter, a large white man with a hoodie and backpack who seems to have a gaiter neck mask pulled up over his chin. As of this morning, the two injured police officers, the victims of the shooting, were receiving treatment in the hospital and had not died. Portland is a Democrat-run city plagued by crime and often the scene of violent political activism, including lately a good deal of anti-ICE activity.

PPD has been posting updates and stated that tactical teams are searching for the suspect. The initial search in Sullivan's Gulch Neighborhood did not assist the investigation or turn up clues as to the whereabouts of the shooting suspect.

It is important to note that while riots in Portland against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have caused a great deal of violence, there is no indication as yet that this shooting is connected to the leftist domestic terrorism (other than the apparent resemblance of the suspect to many leftist protesters’ outfits).

As a matter of fact, Portland city officials have ordered police not to help federal immigration officers multiple times, a disturbing policy which Police Chief Bob Day defended, even after many dozens of attacks on ICE. Unfortunately, Portland has many other criminals as well, besides leftist rioters, both illegal aliens and homegrown. ...

PPD threw ICE to the alligator, hoping it would be satisfied before attacking PPD officers. Unsurprisingly, the alligator didn't get the message.

This probably shouldn't come as a surprise from Keith 'Antifa' Ellison. He appeared on CNN yesterday and was asked about whether he had any problems with protesters, including Don Lemon, storming a church and driving everyone off. Ellison did his best to ignore the question and instead rambled on about Trump and ICE. All he would say about the behavior of the protesters was that it looked like "First Amendment activity" to him.

Jonathan Turley has a column up today stating that Ellison is simply wrong on the law.

One would think that a mob action against a church would be something that would transcend political divisions as a grotesque and chilling act. If you thought that, you do not know Keith Ellison.

Notably, in the CNN interview, Host Erin Burnett raised the incident due to its “bad optics” as opposed to the outrageous attack on a house of faith. Yet, Ellison was not even willing to take that lead in objecting to the simple optics as opposed to the denial of religious exercise. He insisted that this is “a First Amendment activity” and not a crime.

He is wrong. Protesting outside of the church is a First Amendment activity. Disrupting church services and abusing congregants inside the church is conduct, not speech.

WASHINGTON (TNND) — Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem announced on Monday that over 10,000 illegal migrants have been arrested in the Minneapolis area.

“PEACE AND PUBLIC SAFETY IN MINNEAPOLIS!” Noem wrote on the social media platform, X. “We have arrested over 10,000 criminal illegal aliens who were killing Americans, hurting children and reigning terror in Minneapolis because Tim Walz and Jacob Frey refuse to protect their own people and instead protect criminals.”

She said that 3,000 of the illegal migrants arrested are murderers, rapists and pedophiles.

Noem added that massive fraud in Minnesota is also being investigated.

MeidasTouch, a left-wing media company, announced Saturday it was cutting ties with Michael Cohen just hours after he claimed prosecutors pressured him to curate his testimony against President Donald Trump.

Cohen, who was Trump’s former personal attorney and “fixer” for over a decade, served as a key witness against the president during both civil and criminal cases from 2023 and 2024. Cohen posted his comments to Substack on Friday, writing it was clear prosecutors “were interested only in testimony from me that would enable them to convict” Trump.

“From the time I first began meeting with lawyers from the Manhattan DA’s office and the New York Attorney General’s Office in connection with their investigations of President Trump, and through the trials themselves, I felt pressured and coerced to only provide information and testimony that would satisfy the government’s desire to build the cases against and secure a judgement and convictions against President Trump,” Cohen wrote on his Substack.

“When my testimony was insufficient for a point the prosecution sought to make, prosecutors frequently asked inappropriate leading questions to elicit answers that supported their narrative,” the former Trump lawyer added.
