 DOJ is opening an investigation of the Federal Reserve Chairman over whether or not he lied to Congress about the cost of a building project…

But, the DOJ Civil Rights Division has been prevented from opening an investigation of an ICE agent who shot and unarmed protester in the face.

Accelerating your SUV or car toward a LEO you know is there will have consequences.

If you really want clarification you wouldn't look for it where the response is predetermined. You'd try to learn the reasoning driving each side in this conflict. But, you won't. FWIW, Honda specs the Pilot's weight between 4300 and 4700 pounds, depending on the version. An accelerating 2-ton-plus vehicle is assault with a deadly weapon when aimed at a person the driver knows is there.

Speaking of knowing someone is present, the Capitol Police officer who killed Ashli Babbitt had been in concealment until he stepped out to shoot her. She probably did not know the cowardly murderer was there.

On last Sunday's talking head shows, Schifftyroo absurdly claimed Renee Good was just driving her son to school. I'd love to hear him explain how blocking a street with her car was part of her route.

And as far as I know, none of them gave Ms Babbitt any warning or told her to stop so they could detain or arrest her. He just shot her.
