Just sat through enough to see the entrance, yes, with no applause or boos, and hear the "If you don't like what I'm saying, you can leave the room. Of course, there goes your rank, there goes your future, but you just feel nice and loose, ok?" line USA Today was headlining with, and it got a pretty good chuckle from the crowd. 

USA Today knows most of their audience isn't going to watch the video, they will just accept the headline as gospel truth and spread it across the interwebs

Well, the meeting wasn't a Trump rally, and Trump joked about that difference ... and got chuckles. Over the first several minutes of his speech Trump made humorous remarks, and got similar chuckling.
