Unlike "DU lawyers" like laserhaas, the USSC decided the cases based on the law and the facts of the cases.

An NGO for alleged AIDS issues filed a suit under the Impoundment Act through the court of a Canadian born dual citizen judge, who has only been a citizen of the US for 5 years. This anti-US shit bird filed an injunction, just as he has done every other time an issue with Trump has appeared before him. Two problems:

1) If you feel a contract with the federals government has not been faithfully executed, you go to the court of federal claims, not a federal district court.

2) the Impoundment Act is not for civilians to use.

SCOTUS stayed the injunction until hearing and reminded the shit bird he does not work for the court of federal claims.
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."
