Anyway, before they get any kind of bailout shouldn't they first WORK MORE HOURS, GET A SECOND JOB, GET RID OF THEIR BIG SCREEN TV, GET RID OF THEIR FANCY EXPENSIVE CELL PHONE, GET RID OF CABLE, STOP GOING OUT TO EAT, STOP GOING TO THE BAR, STOP BUYING STEAKS AND SODA AND DORITOS AND SUGAR SNACKS. And I live close to farm country, maybe the should GET RID OF THEIR DENALI PICK UPS, AND DENALI SUBURBANS AND DENALI CADILLACS. Hatred for farmers runs deep with Libs/Progs, dating to the 60s and 70s, in CA at least - support for the UFW, killing the Bracero program, and Enviros accusing farmers of poisoning consumers for profit.

While farmers are "rich" in the sense they have assets worth 6 or 7 or 8 figures, their major assets are land and equipment, quite illiquid. As even the virtue-signaling LPC noob's post accidentally acknowledges, they usually live in ordinary homes - not (Mc)mansions, with ordinary household goods.

As for those "DENALI PICK UPS"(sic) LPC noob railed against, like contractors in cities with similar truck, those are working vehicles. My Dad, a farmer, used his Dodge pickup trucks to get to his fields and even carried extra fuel in a tank carried in his truck bed. Are "SUBURBANS" and other SUVs to be demonized by Progs again? Are Progs back to railing against people having safer vehicles capable of carry kids and stuff?
