What happened to lawsuits being dismissed because the complaining party didn't have standing and/or the issue was moot?

A legal case questioning the accuracy of the 2024 election is moving forward.

Judge Rachel Tanguay of the New York Supreme Court ruled in open court in May that the allegations were serious enough for discovery to proceed.

It comes amid unconfirmed reports that voting machines were secretly altered before ballots were cast in November's election. The federally accredited testing lab, Pro V&V, that signed off on "significant" changes to ES&S voting machines—which are used in over 40 percent of U.S. counties—"vanished from public view" after the election, according to the Dissent in Bloom Substack.

This is just one more judge trying to delegitamize Trump. Can we just get the war over and done with? I have an appointment Friday.

Even if Kamala is found to have won, there is no way in *hell* Trump is giving up the White House. Heck, he’ll probably encourage a reverse January 6th or set the National Guard on those who dare suggest the idea

The Supreme Court would have to make new law post-Electoral College confirmation by Congress of fifty State’s results. It’s unlikely since John Roberts has worked to undermine electoral law since the Florida recount was stymied by his judicial hero Antonin Scalia in 2000. But it is well worth pursuing in each swing State that Elon is willing to give up as having produced tampered final results.

The Supreme Court can act to rectify Presidential electoral fraud but of course their ruling will be unenforceable against the President. In addition this Congress will never impeach and remove Trump no matter what is revealed.

The U.S. Constitution means next to nothing to two of the three branches of the Federal Government. Let’s find out if it means nothing to the Judicial Branch as well. The people need to know so that the 2026 midterms and 2028 general election are protected appropriately and this usurper removed as soon as possible.

I have no doubt at this point the election was stolen.  meanwhile all Trump's horrible lies about the 2020 election, which was not.  Then dems are too polite to say anything this time, or ask for recounts, challenge the results as GOP did in 2020.

Dems play way too nice against the most corrupt politicians and party in US history.

 
I can't stand all the comments "nothing will come of it"  maybe so, but it needs to be exposed.  At the very least they'll remove these ****ed up voting machines next time.

I fully believe it was rigged. There’s no way that trumps rallies were that ****ing empty and then election night the entire map lit up red insanely fast, much faster than usual.
