I do not think he realizes that the cards in his silent movie shtick that are not Dem falsehoods are actually significant achievements. For example, the US should treat WHO as an enemy until WHO and the UN admit WHO's role as China's running dog in delaying the world's preparation for the SARS-CoV-2 epidemic.
