I am a permanent resident of the Philippines
I am an American citizen and a permanent resident (13a visa) of the Philippines by virtue of my marriage to a Filipina.

Here are my due process rights as described in a google search. Wow. I have more rights in the Philippines than I do in Trump's America.

Philippine permanent residents are afforded due process if accused of a crime, as guaranteed by the Philippine Constitution. This means they are entitled to fair legal proceedings, including the right to be informed of the charges, the right to a fair hearing, the right to examine evidence and witnesses, the right to counsel, and the presumption of innocence until proven guilty.

I would venture to say you have the same rights as a citizen, it’s the illegal aliens, especially the criminals and gang members and terrorist that don’t have the same rights as American citizens.

In the real world, DU-Moron Pototan has the due process and other constitutional rights specified in the US Constitution. Garcia is a criminal illegally present in the US, which US courts determined.

Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia was in the US illegally and not considered a permanent resident nor is he afforded due process rights that are granted to US Citizens and legal permanent residents.

DUmmie Pototan probably is incapable of thinking about this, but if he were ever accused there in the Philippines of something criminal - accused, not tried and convicted - he would learn how few rights a legal alien has there in the Philippines, and that his US Constitutional rights are not relevant. It's entirely possible that the mere accusation would result in a flight back to the US and being banned from the Philippines.

Trump, OTOH, is deporting illegal aliens, focusing on criminals (needless to say if a criminal illegal is caught among illegals who have not committed crimes other that illegal entry, they also will get deported).
