Why is the United States in charge of worldwide tuberculosis? I thought Cuba, for example, has the best healthcare in the world...why isn't Cuba solving the world's tuberculosis "crisis?"

I don't get it: if the US is such a shithole (according to liberals), why are we so crucial to the world struggle against tuberculosis? Wouldn't that make THEM shitholes, since they can't tend to their own public health?

Per the data in the link, 1.28 million people are known to have died worldwide in 2022. Since Trump has only been in office a bit over 2 months, I'll add that this averages to 128 thousand tuberculosis deaths per month and 3,507 deaths per day.

Given the March 31 date stamp on Goddard's article and that Trump's USAID actions were done several weeks ago, it's pretty obvious that at best, Goddard is exaggerating ordinary, and may actually trying to himalayanize what is a significant improvement over ordinary into a scandal. Whichever Goddard's lie is, he's clearly a hyper-partisan Hate-Trump liar, and DUmmie babylonsister is too great a Hate-Trumper to recognize his grossly obvious lie or fact-check a claim she wants to be true.

You're thinking wa-a-a-a-aaaaaaayyyy beyond what DU-folk want to or even can:

* How can a country with horrible healthcare, the US, lead the worldwide fight against tuberculosis;

* Why aren't the countries with utopian healthcare - e.g. Canuckia, the UK, and all of western EuroLand - leading the worldwide fight against tuberculosis?

Crimes Against Humanity charges usually require a war. In the case to which you're desiring to apply those charges, a Civil War. And whether you're willing to admit it or not, we both know that you mouth breathers, the looney troons and the rest of the combat ineffective, undeployable retards aligned with your particularly stupid point of view  would all last about 90 minutes should the penny actually drop.

BTW: there are no RULES to warfare; civil wars least of all.
