VIDEO: Private Citizen (NOT Police) CONFRONTS Sludge Face Tesla Defacer in San J

Sludge Face who was caught on camera keying a Tesla in San Jose, CA has been CONFRONTED but NOT by the police. As you can see, it was a PRIVATE CITIZEN who confronted Sludge Face who DENIED keying the Tesla despite being caught on camera doing so. Also note that Sludge Face stated that he had NOT been contacted by the police. Really? So despite ALL the evidence of what was seen on camera including his license plate being clearly seen the San Jose Police have so far done NOTHING??? So will they continue to do NOTHING or are they planning to arrest Domestic Terrorist Sludge Face? Has the local San Jose media even bothered to question San Jose Police Chief PAUL JOSEPH about this matter? Or is the TDS in San Jose so far gone that nobody in authority there will take action in the face of clear EVIDENCE of domestic terrorism in the form of defacing a Tesla (which ironically probably belongs to a Democrat)?

I do not think Santa Clara County's DA is Gascon-Grade, but I don't have the confidence I should that this perp will get prosecuted to the full. I'd love to be proven wrong and the guy nailed with whatever that fullest is.

As to the prospect of jury tendencies, on one hand Trump only got 28% of the 2024 vote. OTOH, Tesla ownership here is pretty high, so wanton keying of Teslas probably isn't playing well hereabouts.

What kind of moron does it take, especially in Silicon Valley, to not know that Teslas have multiple cameras? And that a Costco parking lot probably has a couple dozen cameras? Vandalism would almost certainly be recorded, from multiple angles.
