That part of the world would be better off had Russia/Putin invaded Ukraine in 2014 and 2022 (and Georgia in 2008). Rebuilding Stalin's and the Czars' empire is Putin's grand goal, so he invaded.
2014 took Ukraine by surprise, and Russia capture Crimea. 2022 didn't, and Ukraine destroyed a lot of the Russian army in driving them back from Kyiv, and later, out of Kherson. Those successes, and the grinding stalemate of the past couple of years have done that region and, less directly, the world great service. Putin's next targets were Moldova, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, and Poland was also a future target. With good coordination and non-corrupt focus (

), it will take 10-20 years for Putin to rebuild and re-equip the Russian army and air force and rebuild western Russia's oil infrastructure. Ukraine has frustrated Putin's imperial dreams and gutted Russia's armed forces (including the Black Sea Fleet), a great service to the region and the world. Putin is not young, and even if he isn't defenestrated or plays Superman from the top of a high building, Putin may not live to see his armed forces fully rebuilt.
Believe absurdities like claims -
these are all real, not made up - that Zelensky has two yachts on the Black Sea, Ukraine is the most corrupt nation on Earth

or in Europe

, Zelensky siphons half of aid $$$$ into bank accounts in ...
(did Tucker Carlson bother to pick out a country for this absurdity?) ...
while remaining in Ukraine, easily in range of Russian missiles and glide bombs, half of the arms sent to Ukraine are in the hands of Central and South American drug cartels, and Mrs. Zelensky snuck off to ski in Switzerland if you need to, but the paragraph above is a brief summary of reality.
OTOH, if you acknowledge that all those absurd claims are false, what does that tell you about those who parrot the claims and the source of the claims?
