DUmmies Showing Off Their Love For America

Nothing brings DU's nationalistic pride out more than international sporting events.  It gives them a chance to show their true colors while rooting their team on.  Unfortunately, the team they root for is invariably any team but the Americans.  Here's their response to the Canada-US hockey game last Saturday:

They had multiple threads just like this one and they were absolutely thrilled that the crowd in Montreal booing the Star-Spangled Banner.  And they wonder why the country is drifting away from the Democratic Party.

They are so ignorant as to what goes on in the world.  They dream of all these places being some sort of utopia, but it's simply not true.  Canada has huge problems yet the DUmmies seem to think Canada is pure and perfect.

All they need to do is run a few, quick, searches and they'll find that racism is alive and well in Canada as well as a lot of gang violence.

Canada is not the place they think it to be.  Not by a long shot.

Don't get me started on anyone from Canuckistan. I have not had a lot of good things happen when visiting that place up north except for the day I spent with my then girlfriend in Vancouver to go see one of the stars from the original Star Trek. The other times Myself and a few friends from my unit at Fort Drum were denied entry into a bar just because we were American soldiers. we hadn't even entered the place and they told us to "Go away, we can't go in."  The other times were from other Canadians I had at one time thought of as friends that I had met in Kentucky at a Model builders convention for Sci Fi And Fantasy builders. Its the biggest one in the country and people come from all over to compete. Anyway those "Friends" got on Facebook later and started trashing my country and how it is run. I don't do that over their country on Facebook. I have only done it on places like CU and here so that it is in an appropriate place. So, I dropped them from my page.
