So, I will drop it here for my fellow DU citizens to ponder and discuss.

Do any of you think that maybe all of this is an attempt to goad someone from 'our side of the aisle' (meaning it will either be a real leftist-type or a plant that has good cover) into doing something big and rash so that they can immediately declare martial law and then literally install the oligarchy as the new governmental model, thus bypassing the courts and anything else that attempted through 'normal channels'?

Because I am finding it harder and harder to dismiss the thought.

What do you all think?  or  ?
