Removing "queer" and "transgender" from the Stonewall memorial is erasure of one of the most consequential events in our society.

Black history is a reminder of the amazing hope, perserverance, and patriotism in American History.

Immigrants and slaves built this country. Poor laborers of all diversities have died building this country.

Women literally gave birth to this country.

I watched a "right to life" rally recently and Vance said " we're going to make sure the word abortion is a term people will no longer even remember" (or close to that)

Removing us from history is denying our very existence. They don't think we are worthy of life.

They will try to rewrite our truth, just like they did to the socialist worker's movement. They made "red neck" and "socialist" contemptuous terms.

I truly believe we are living through a modern eugenics movement by the rich and powerful.

Stay strong out there and live your truth. Show them we are humans too and we deserve to exist.

1. The National Park Service did remove "queer" and "transgender" from the Stonewall National Monument. However, doing so went well beyond the terms of Trump' EO, https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/defending-women-from-gender-ideology-extremism-and-restoring-biological-truth-to-the-federal-government/ . IMO, some NPS admin violated the EO to create a false Hate-Trump narrative.

2. Other terms for gays and lesbians remain on the monument, as is historically accurate.

3. The Stonewall Riot was "one of the most consequential events in our society"? Seriously?

4. This monument has zero to do with "Black history"! As stupid race-baiting goes, that race-baiting comment is monumentally stooooooooooooooopid.

There is something that I’ve been wondering about. This may not be the best place to put it, but it’s somewhat adjacent to the topic so I decided to stick it here.

Take a big guy with full beard. He’s a manly man that speaks with a deep voice. Then one day he declares himself a female and walks into a women’s bathroom or locker-room. Now, this dude isn’t doing this as a way to get near some naked (or near naked) women. He genuinely does think that he’s a female.

Most sane people (even folks on the left in the distant past) would surmise that this guy has some sort of mental illness and needs to get psychiatric help. The modern day left, however, thinks everyone should embrace the guy and take part in his delusion. My question is: at what point does the modern day left recognize mental illness as mental illness? For instance, if this guy claimed to be a bank instead of a female, would they give him money or would they finally recognize his mental illness?

I, for one, am totally and completely against erasing DUmmies. I’m actually for the complete opposite. I'm for putting them on display and shining a spotlight on them.

It would kind of be like a zoo so normal people could safely be entertained by the lunatic antics of the DUmmies. I suppose it would be similar to what the dem overlords did with their online fruit loops when they helped create and support DU.

Regardless, I think it would both provide some good comedic entertainment AND it could be a great example for parents to show their children. For instance, the parent could say: if you don’t study properly (or if you do drugs or whatever) you could end up like that silly DUmmie that we saw on display the other day.
