Then they can destroy the various agencies and sell off the functions to private industry for fun and profit.After the temporary outrage by some that the government is letting them down, and the economic devastation these actions will cause. The people will welcome their billionaire overlords.

End the idea that people can look to government for aid or information.
People should definitely be skeptical of government-supplied information. You might even say our Constitution is written to prevent the government from having a monopoly on information.

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site
