Democrats are doing everything possible to avoid talking about how they could have prepared better for this disaster. They're cycling through a bunch of talking points and irrelevant rebuttals, complaining about insurance companies, red states, and so on.
It's a sure sign that they are losing the argument.

moronicrats did not anticipate. They shrugged. Months ago, they stopped writing new policies and cancelled many existing policies in many parts of the state, because the risks far outweighed revenue from which claims would have been paid.
