If we had Universal Health Care/Medicare For All we would save an estimated $450 billion dollars a year (this information is from an article in the Lancet from back in February of 2020. SS hasn't exactly been a boon for me. I retired at 64 and I understand the rule that you get penalized for doing so. However that doesn't make it right. I have been paying into SS since I was about 15 and yet I make less per month than some illegal immigrant who ran across the border and held out their hand. How is it they get a better deal than I or others who worked hard all of their lives?
