Due to wildfires I'm clearly going to change how I vote
Because the one thing I am certain of is if the GOP were in charge of California, we would have some type of an abortion ban, policies driving up the transgender suicide rate, and the end of DEI. After all the GOP ran a strong campaign on, let me check, immigration crime, and homelessness (they don't like seeing them as they drive from their rich house to their other rich house).

So, just to be clear, if the GOP had been in charge of LA and the state of California Mel Gibson's house would be just as burned down. But a homeless Mel Gibson could still sleep soundly at night knowing somewhere in his state a woman was needlessly dying in child birth. And that, my friends, is what sweet GOP dreams are made of.

That is truly some mental gymnastics right there.

Biden's Department of Interior failed for his entire term to clear brush in the Angeles National Forest. Altadena and Sylmar are paying for this.

Noisome's CDF stonewalled LA's request to clear brush in Topanga State Park for over 5 years (even the NYT admitted this!). Pacific Palisades paid for this.

1. Johonny may not know this, but that would require a change to the state constitution, which could only happen with a vote of the people of California.

2. In the real world, puberty-blockers and mutilation surgeries do not improve suicide rates among transcipients thereof.

3. The racism and racial discrimination currently euphemized as "DEI" was banned in state college admissions and contracting by Proposition 209, passed by California voters in 1996. The 2020 repeal effort, Proposition 16, failed by more than a 57%-43% margin.

I think he’s confused. I don’t think he’s voted for republicans, so he’s just going to vote for more of the same people who are incompetent. And he’s probably expecting a different result. :thatsright: :mental: :loser:

Theyre happy things get burned down, so long as they get their way in other ways.

What sick broken people they are.

That is truly some mental gymnastics right there.

They only prove each and every day, every single thing we accuse them of.
It is a task for me to remain empathetic for the actual victims of this mess... the people who's homes are destroyed. And while I do, it is infuriating to know that the state and locals squandered their money in favor of idiot left-wing projects, while ignoring the painful but necessary maintenance required for these areas.  When it's all said and done, this will likely be a TRILLION dollar loss...  and it will come out of the pockets of every single American who pays taxes.
There there should be strict conditions that come with any federal aid here, and those conditions should MANDATE California budget be put on a crash diet in order to pay it all back and get their shit straight.  There are a lot of good people in the state who deserve better.

The DUlusion is strong in this DUmbass DUchebag's DUluded "mind."

The fire, the destruction, the misery, and the deaths are all on Nero Newscum, Karen Bassward, and their DEI and environmental policies. 100%.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Particularly, the Unbalanced Beam, :rimshot: .

Why exactly it's remarkable that an ultra-Prog who has probably never voted for an R in his life - not even for Junior Assistant Deputy Dog-Catcher - eludes me.

When the entire state has burned down, I bet they will still keep the leaders they have and keep turning a blind eye to the ignorance that gets them there to that popint.

In my industry when something like this happens an RCI (Root Cause Investigation) has to be done before you can move forward with your work.

I see this as no different.  The CA people keep trying to say they're being criticized for how they handled the fire ... Ok, I can see that, but more importantly I see them being criticized for not doing what could have been done to prevent the fire in the first place.  Or at least have had preventative measures in place to mitigate what could happen if/when a fire did break out.

I think CA needs help, but I do think there needs to be conditions on that help.  There should be an RCI done and then a plan for prevention/mitigation put in place with objective milestones that need to be hit where it could trigger the release of federal funds to the state as each milestone is hit.

Just my very humble opinion.  It just seems stupid to keep doing this year after year with nothing changing.  I abhor seeing this compared to hurricanes.  With hurricanes there are preventions taken before the storm hits, but you're not going to underbrush the ocean to preven the hurricane from coming, or getting larger.  With these fires there is obviously and definitely things that could have, should have, been done to help before it became what it did!

Depends on how you define IMPROVE, I guess.  :whatever:

Studies I've seen show that the cross dressing attention whores who are prescribed the puberty blockers, pull the 'EJECT' handle on their meat suit at a higher rate than attention whores who aren't. Upwards of 40% of Looney Troons, from the studies I've seen...

As long as their main goal is dei and social justice, protecting gays trannys and homeless nothing will change and no money should be given to them.
They are always talking about paying your fair share with all the millionaires and billionaires in California pay their fair share and rebuild the place.

Didn't they already have a recall of the scuzzy used car salesman and the people voted "please sir, let me have some more being screwed over"?
