Outgoing President Joe Biden has continued his momentum of reckless clemencies, this time commuting the sentences of 37 of 40 federal death row inmates condemned for various grievous crimes.

The fact that three were excluded from the commutations shows that Biden did apparently draw the line somewhere – and that makes it look even worse for him considering how reprehensible the crimes committed were of those he just saved.

They include individuals convicted of killing children, police and military officers, and wiping off complete families.

Biden’s communications aim to prevent the incoming Trump administration from carrying out the executions. Trump was considering extending the federal death sentence to child traffickers, drug dealers, and individuals who kill law enforcement officers.

“In good conscience, I cannot stand back and let a new administration resume executions that I halted,” he said in a brief White House statement.

This has irked me since I first heard about it yesterday; however, as I think about it, I keep getting confused because, although he claims to be against the death penalty, he only commuted 37 out of 40. I really hope that someone eventually comes out and leaks who is really running things in his soup sandwich administration.

Last night on Gutfeld!, which you may have watched, Kat said that she was against the death penalty because she didn't think that the government had a right to decide who lives or dies. I immediately told my wife that the citizens on the jury made that decision instead of the government. I believe Tyrus ended up saying essentially the same thing that I had said.

My own opinion on the death penalty has been set since my time in high school in the early to mid 80s. There was a guy who murdered a family in cold blood. He murdered them just to be murdering them. All of the evidence showed that he was the murderer. He admitted that he was the murderer. He even admitted that he didn't have any remorse and would do it again if he had the chance. The jury found him guilty and sentenced him to death. We housed and fed that waste of oxygen on death row for years and years with liberals trying to get his death sentence overturned. I don't know what ultimately happened with the guy because I finally had to stop following it because the more I read the more pissed off I got.
