DU and Contradictions

The murder of the CEO started me to thinking about how contradictory the self-proclaimed most smartest people in the universe are. Some of them are treating this killer almost like a folk hero for shooting someone from behind without any warning, but these clowns wanted to put Kyle Rittenhouse under the jail for a shooting that he committed to save himself from physical harm or death. As I was mulling that over, I began thinking about how consistently contradictory that they are.

For instance, they are against the death penalty because every life matters, but they’ll kill you to keep the chance to murder unborn babies. They claim to be all for freedom of speech, but they’ll ban you in a heart beat if you dare say anything contrary to their cult’s current beliefs. They claim to be all for democracy, but they think only the ones who bow knee to The Party should be allowed to participate in government. They claim science should be followed, but they claim there’s something like 23,724 genders (I may have exaggerated that number because I don’t know how many they are claiming this week). They’ll make fun of anyone who tries to follow God, but they will blindly follow what they think are their assigned fictional spirit-guides. This list could go on and on and on for the reality based community.

IMHO, this is just a precursor to what is coming from the lunatic left.

Buy ammo.
Have situational awareness, especially in large blue cities if you have to be there.
Go to the range. Become proficient in any and all  weapons that you own.
Find like minded neighbors and plan for the violence the left is going to bring.
If you can't conceal carry, conceal carry anyway.

It's going to get sporty out there because we are dealing with mentally ill people that think they are righteous.

     This is a great day to have this discussion, since it's the anniversary of the elimination of John Lennon by the patriot Mark David Chapman. According to the new liberal logic, murder is a matter of interpretation, not a matter of law. I demand that Chapman be pardoned of his "crime," since I don't like John Lennon, never have, and never will. Mind you, I'm not saying that Chapman SHOULD have killed Lennon - I'm just saying that I UNDERSTAND it (isn't that the weasel language used by liberals now?).

The big contradiction from democrats that stands out to me is that they become very anti-democratic when a majority don't support their views, such as the issues of border enforcement, or, ironically enough, voter ID.

  That reminds me of their take on elections, too. In 2020, their old demented white guy allegedly wins with around 11,000,000 more votes than even the Big O got, but that's clearly a fair election to them. In 2024, Trump got only 2,000,000 plus more votes than a dizzy, babbling empty suit with the lowest VP approval rating of all time, but they think some serious fraud went on.

Indeed. They are the preachers of tolerance and at the same time are the single most intolerant group in America.

That's been my concern with this.  We already had multiple assassination attempts on Trump, there was the shooting at the Republican softball practice a few years ago, there was the Summer of Love, even J6 in some respects, now this moving into corporate targets (can't help but wonder what other corporate targets were missed or didn't get front page coverage like this recent one).  There's lots of nutjobs out there, left, right and off the political spectrum, some of whom may just need one last little push to go over the edge and start doing violence.  The portrayal of this murderer as a folk hero may be just the push some want, and in the modern internet age, it's real easy for like minded nutjobs to find each other and organize more than just a few random threats/killings/ect. 

One of the few advantages of our current cultural ADD is that enough folks may get distracted by the next shiny thing before such scenarios start playing out.

In this they are consistent about how contradictory they are. As long as I have been aware of DU. they will go the opposite direction of most common folks. A little while ago they announced on the news that they have a suspect of the CEO's killing in custody. I am betting that the Left will do what they can to make him a hero like all of you have said and there will probably be a movie about him too.
