The untapped strength of the party is here

Please let me preface this post with this: Winning has always been possible. In fact, 2000, 2002, 2004 should have been won outright. Many know this is true because they felt it. And there’s the paradox.

The political division of party activists in the US today divides most neatly not along lines of economics, social status, etc., but along personality. It turns out that there is truth to the anecdotal truism that Democrats are the party of feeling. Democrats care. Isn’t that true?

Is there one person here who believes that Democrats are the uncaring party? Unfeeling?

That entire thread has some revealing stuff. Especially Post #4, but I didn't want to clog the page with it.

You've seen the grave dancing and happiness about the CEO being killed. You've read their "dream" about something happening to 47. There's a modern saying that goes something like: When a person shows you who they are, believe them. There's something even older that is similar. It's the start of Matthew 7:16 that states: Ye shall know them by their fruits.

The above DU posts are old, but they show you what the DUmmies think of themselves. Their current comments in regards to 47 and the CEO show what they really are: evil liars and/or delusional individuals.

I realize we all have different beliefs here so I don't want to get too religiousy, but the DUmmies really do remind me of what Paul is talking about in Romans 1:28-32. For those who don't know those verses and don't want to look them up, they state (from NLT): Since they thought it foolish to acknowledge God, he abandoned them to their foolish thinking and let them do things that should never be done. Their lives became full of every kind of wickedness, sin, greed, hate, envy, murder, quarreling, deception, malicious behavior, and gossip. They are backstabbers, haters of God, insolent, proud, and boastful. They invent new ways of sinning, and they disobey their parents. They refuse to understand, break their promises, are heartless, and have no mercy. They know God’s justice requires that those who do these things deserve to die, yet they do them anyway. Worse yet, they encourage others to do them, too

For new members and lurkers: I am a fictional spirit-guide with no smell whatsoever. I am part irish setter and part pigeon. If you don't smell any strange smells it means I'm probably standing next to you. As I am a fictional character anything I post should possibly be considered fictional.

One older incident relating to this that I will never forget is the DUmmies' response to the 2007 Denver church/ missions center shooting.
When news of the shooting first broke, the DUmmies showed their usual compassion and sensitivity by saying things like "I guess God was out having a cigarette break at (The time the shooting happened)."
Then, as more of the circumstances of the shooting came out (i.e. The shooter's manifesto, which read like something that one of the DUmp's hardcore Christophobes like UGP or Mineralman would have written, was publicly released, and it came out that the shooter was gay), the DUchebaggery hit maximum overdrive!
In one DU thread after another, the DUmmies openly portrayed the shooter as a brave and noble hero taking a righteous stand for gay rights, openly portrayed the churchgoers he targeted as evil fundie fanatics who all deserved to die, and openly portrayed the church security guard who risked her own life to stop the shooter's rampage as a bloodthirsty lunatic. Yes, you read that right: As a perfect example of the DUmmies' twisted concept of morality, a psychopath who went on a shooting rampage at a church and murdered several innocent people was portrayed as a hero and a security guard who risked her own life to stop him from hurting anyone else was portrayed as a monster.
That one incident completely obliterated any claim that the DUmmies might make that Democrats are the party of feeling and caring.

The democrat party is the party of hate.
"Be not intimidated... nor suffer yourselves to be wheedled out of your liberties by any pretense of politeness, delicacy, or decency. These, as they are often used, are but three different names for hypocrisy, chicanery and cowardice." - John Adams

Hillary Clinton will never be the President of the United States.

It was a two-in-one shooting, https://www.christianpost.com/news/colorado-gunman-identified-in-church-missionary-center-shootings.html , at the Youth With A Mission base in Arvada and at New Life Church in Colorado Springs.

New Life Church gets most attention, because the guy's spree ended there and because of how it was ended. It started, though, at the YWAM base. He had done part of a Discipleship Training School at that base (~6 months, half on base, half in an outreach, usually to another country). It was determined, during his on-base phase (teaching, on-base and community service, one-on-one counseling) that he was not suited for the outreach (service in a different country, not in tourist-destination type areas) and he was sent home. A couple of years after, he went to the Arvada base under the ruse of wanting to stay the night, and killed two of the base leaders. From a DU-grade Prog POV, the murdered YWAM leaders were Fundie-gelicals who deserved whatever violence they received, ditto the people shot at New Life Church.
If The Vaccine is deadly as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, millions now living would have died.

The thing about compassionate people is that they don’t need to brag about how compassionate they are.

Democrats do care, CARE ABOUT POWER OVER OTHERS.

Change my mind.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.
