"Heavily medicated" is an accurate description since I had previously done a video on the same Bozo in which she listed the many many medications she uses to try (mostly unsuccessfully) to get a night's worth of sleep.

Her pre-election runt-rant I saw sounded more like hallucinogens fueled the rant instead of sleep meds. Maybe she's expanded her unconsciousness.
