A question about DU

This may be stupid, but keep in mind that I'm recently back from a long sabbatical. Is EarlG the only one of the original three stooges that's still involved with DU? Was there a friendly buyout or nasty divorce?

Skinner sold to Earl. Elad still does support work for the site, but he’s always avoided the asylum.

Skins had figured out his clients will all be dead in a few years since young people used Reddit, Snapchat, and TikTok, so he bugged out.

Maybe his fictional spirit-guide warned him of coming events. I do know that it seems to me that the quality of the product (DU posts) has dropped significantly. I rowed over to the island the other day, and while I did see a bunch of stupid and disgusting stuff, I had to go all the way back to 2010 to find some stuff that was a good balance of stupidity and unintentionally funny.
