This doesn't really have anything to do with the loons at DU, but it's something that I've been wondering about for awhile. This move brought it back to mind. I've been paying fairly close attention to presidential elections since 1984, and during that time, I can't remember any time that the opposing side has work so hard and so dirty to demonize the opposing candidate and/or get the opposing candidate removed with such open and clearly apparent help from their propaganda arm (aka the mainstream media). Am I wrong?
No, you aren't wrong. It is only amplified by social media and the 24 hour news cycle of bullshit from most media outlets. Which is why everything seems bigger than it is.
The real October surprise has nothing to do with the foolish and downright silly law-fare by the Harris/Biden/Garland mal administration. It is the port strikes.
Within a week, these mostly urban leftists will realize the consequences of these strikes when their organic foods suddenly rise 100% because the products stuck on ships won't provide them their "essential" stuff.
Since most Americans have less than 1% of business or economic sense, it only hits your average Joe/Jill or Karen, when their prices rise. These jag-off union leaders are demanding a 77% rise in wages over 6 years. Try that with your boss sometime and you'll be in a worse place than bobbolink or William Rivers Pitt.
