But no such luck.
I was standing in a checkout line in Walmart, getting dog food and treats, when the guy behind me ask if I was a progressive or conservative. I kind of laughed and told him that I am liberal democrat.
Well he decided to tell me trump is and was the best president ever. Then he went off on immigrants. How they take all the jobs and some other bullshit. By looking at him and listening to him it was apparent his was not a family who had been here long.
So I asked him how long had he been in the country. He proudly told me his family has been here since 1975. I told him my family has been here since the 1700's and I would consider him an immigrant. I also told him I have no problem with most immigrants the only ones I have a problem are with the ones who think they a better than others and try to scapegoat people who are just trying to find a safe place.
I left the store in a rage. It took all my self control not to really go off on him but I told him to enjoy the camp Trump will put him in if he wins.

They can’t seem to grasp the difference between legal immigration and illegal immigration. And the fact that us taxpayers are footing the bill for these unvetted people.
