This could have been a moment of reflection for DU, like realizing "Oh, maybe republicans vs. democrats isn't the political paradigm we live in". Instead they're going with "Even Dick Cheney has the moral courage to oppose Trump" (which really means "Dick Cheney sides with the status quo politicians").

This could have been a moment of reflection for DU, like realizing "Oh, maybe republicans vs. democrats isn't the political paradigm we live in". Instead they're going with "Even Dick Cheney has the moral courage to oppose Trump" (which really means "Dick Cheney sides with the status quo politicians").

Since the Cave hasn't been around quite since the heyday of the Bush #43 administration, CU's archives were full of hundreds of threads of impotent outrage about VP Cheney. Consistently the left has a history of selective pout-rage.

In a couple other threads over at that cesspool this morning, they were discussing octogenarian and longtime liberal civil rights lawyer Alan Dershowitz declaring that he is no longer a Democrat. There were a number of posts mildly suggesting that he was a filthy Jew, never a leftist, and pretty much wished that he had been gassed in Auschwitz. All this for the "crime" of defending President Trump on civil liberty issues.

And yet if he were to die today they'd dance on his grave. Leftists are a cult beholden to their ideology, and that's the foundation of everything they are. There is no thought; just blind obedience.
