He even looks underage in some of the photos I have seen sans beard.

Honorable mention:  Jamie Raskin and that ridiculous looking Norma Desmond scarf that he used to wear on his head because of some medical condition.  If he had some kind of lesions or open sores on his head that needed to be covered, I would think that plain white sterile cotton gauze would make a better dressing.

As much as I like to make fun of Marines and other members of the services that are not in the Army and they do so to us. I can only Imagin the ass whopping that DUmmy would get/deserve for saying that to any Marine let alone Vance.
