What the Supreme Court knows?
The Supreme Court knows that Donald Trump retained classified documents and obstructed justice by refusing to return them when asked. ...
In the real world, Trump used MaL for his work as President. Being President, classified documents were legally present at MaL. During the time between Trump leaving office and the August 2022 raid, Trump was in negotiations with the National Archives to determine which documents he had were personal effects, which documents he had that were not classified or had been declassified, and which documents were still classified. Trump was hiding nothing and refusing nothing; the National Archives negotiated in bad faith to delay for and to set up LIEden's raid.
If Trump's attorneys present it as evidence, the Supreme Court will also know that Senator Biden illegally possessed classified documents, retained them for years, and retained them in insecure locations. The Supreme Court will also know that VP Biden illegally and
secretly retained classified documents after leaving office, retaining them for years in insecure locations.
LIEden's selective prosecution is rancidly putrid. Not that facts matter on DU or to kt. Reading between kt's lying lines, is he gearing up to express wrath at a USSC ruling with which he disagrees?
