Moving on to another ISP's one-year introductory rate?
Living in a rural area outside of town has always had tradeoffs. Quiet, no noisy/nosey neighbors, etc.. Farther to drive for shopping, church, medical/dental care, different, fewer choices, and possibly more expensive utility and other communication services than available in town.
