I think Todd was inferring that - or pretending to - Rs are more divided than Ds from Haley having received Haley having received twice the percentage of votes in MI's R primary than "Uncommitted" received in the D primary.

Putting it less strained and convoluted, Haley received proportionately greater votes than did

From what I've seen, Haley's vote total was over 40%+ 2020 Biden voters.
