The Big Lie was the impetus for the insurrection, was the impetus for the attack on the Capitol.

Donald Trump is the Impetus for the Big Lie, without Trump there is no insurrection, there is no attack on the Capitol.

Jack Smith is using Trump's own words and the resulting violence that followed from his Magat cult.

Jack Smith will prove that Trump knew that the election was not stolen, Jack Smith is going to prove Trump's intent, Trump's focus of stopping the peaceful transfer of power.

Foe example; Jack Smith is going to use Trump's own words of lies thrust upon Georgia election workers Moss and Freeman and the resulting death threats and violence that followed.

Brilliant strategy by Smith because Trump does not have it in him to say that the election was not stolen. The Big Lie is the central theme for Trump to use in the 2024 election. Every time he does a campaign stop and continues to promote the Big Lie, that he is a victim, he is damaging his chances to be found not guilty in the DC trial.

Damn, I hope Jack Smith gets Trump to trial before the election. Notices have been sent this week to prospective DC jurors.
