The case this DUmbass is talking about is the fraud case involving overinflating the cost of properties. For you lurking DUmbasses, here's the problem, NO bank is a plaintiff. Also, NO ****ing bank is going to just take your word for what your property is worth. They're going to use either their own, or an independent appraiser. It's their money that's involved. MOST loans that are being brought up have already been paid back with the interest required.
