Republicans Know How to Reduce Inflation

Herbert Hoover, George W. Bush and Doanld Trump all used the tried and true Republican method to reduce inflation:

20% to 25% unemployment. It works every time.

IKR? Hoover promised, while campaigning, to continue economic policies he believed had been working. When The Crash happened, it was not due to government policies, and the Depression that followed was deflationary. Government policies - under Hoover and under FDR - made that Depression "Great" in depth and duration. Contrary to FDR's reputation and Dem PR, it was Hitler, Tojo, and Mussolini who got the US out of the Great Depression.

Unemployment was far from "20% to 25%" under GWB, even during the 2000-2002 recession and downturn.

Unemployment was far from "20% to 25%" under Trump, even during the 2020 economic downturn caused by Covid.

I forget was he going to reduce inflation before or after he cured cancer?   

I guess the inflation reduction act didn’t work out because it had nothing to do with inflation, only made it worse

Wait, just changing the name of the bill didn't actually accomplish anything?  Man, am I embarrassed.  I won a Science Fair in 8th Grade and I got a little certificate.  I scratched out the words "Science Fair" and wrote in "Nobel Prize in Chemistry".  My friends are super impressed when they see it hanging in my livingroom.  I'm certainly going to have a little egg on my face when I admit that I may have slightly misrepresented my scientific accomplishments.
