Republican mindset vis--vis' Trump:

I was sitting taking a dump, and it reminded me of Trump and I started pondering: What are these Republicans thinking? I’m not talking about the elected folks, they have their own schema and stupid priorities, or being blackmailed, or whatever. I’m talking about the average asshole, who has stuck with him through everything no matter how heinous and ridiculous.

And it reminded me in a crazy way of an old joke with some of you, I’m certain I’ve heard, but others may not have:

In Miami Beach, an older lady is walking down the street and she sees a man, well, dressed, sitting on the bench by himself. She plops herself down and says “hi.” He replies, “Hello to you.“ She says, “I haven’t seen you here before.“ He replies “I just moved here”, She queries, “Where did you move from?“ He replies, New York“. She exclaimed, “I’m from New York… Are you from Queens or Brooklyn??“ He replies no, I’m from Upstate“.

She then says excitedly, “Oh… From New Rochelle or Westchester?“ He answers, “No a little further upstate than that“ She says, “oh, where? He replies, “A little town called Ossining.” She says “Ossining… Ossining where do I know that from? Oh yes, it’s where they have that prison Sing Sing. Were you the warden there?“ He says, “Not exactly.“ She says, were you a guard or the administrator?“ He says, No ma’am, I was in inmate” . She says, “Oh my goodness how long were you in for?” He replies, “ 45 years ma’am.” She exclaims, “45 years! What did you do??” He says, “Well, they SAY… That I murdered my wife, chopped her up into bits, and distributed her body parts at each exit of the New York State Thruway from Spring Valley to Buffalo .” She replies, “Oh my God… That means you’re single, right?”

Like this lady, nothing means anything as long as they Republicans get their end in.

The joke is misogynistic in that it suggests a woman needs a man, and any man will do.  Why are they still talking about Trump when there are much bigger things going on?
