Well, the Drudge Report has a story about 30 Democrat lawyers, investigators, and others being in Alaska trying to dig up dirt on Sarah Palin; maybe this is to what the lonely star idiot primitive was referring.

That's got to be it.  This lonestarnot idiot saw the report of the Dem lawyers going to Alaska, decided they'll find something even if it's not significant, and will try to make something of it that it isn't.  So he jumps at the chance of saying "See!! See!!  I told you!  I'm big man on campus!"

But like all the other DUmmies, he's just another  :loser:

The article i was talking about says tha tthe lead investigator for Troopergate,Democratic State Senator Hollis French will not be removed from the investigation despite a Republican effort to remove him over charges that Hollis French is accused of manipulating the probe for political effect on national and state elections.

Republican Represenitive John Coghill last week asked the Alaskan Legistature to discuss replacing Hollis French with someone else. Coghill siad he believed the investigarion lacked "fairness, neutrality and due process" after French was quoted as saying that the probe's results willbe an "October Surprise" that "Will "Likely to be damaging to the Palin Adminsitration".

There is a little more but it just reinterates the medias view of Troopergate and not giving the little details of how said trooper was tasering his own child and many other things that should have led to his dismissal like having an open beer in his cruiser.

Is it Fitzmas yet?

It's getting closer.

Former U.S. Senator Mike Gravel (D-Alaska), a favorite of some primitives, just defended Sarah Palin on the "troopergate" issue.  I doukbt however the news has reached Skins's island yet.
It's not politically healthy to aid in the smearing of a governor that has 80+ % approval ratings and who just put Alaska on the politial map by being its first national political figure.

Gravel is fighting for his political life here.
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."

Most actually seem to believe the nonsense,no surprise there. :mental:

Damn, Carl, sir.

Those are awesome primitive bonfires, well worth reading in their entirety, all three of them.

Comedy gold. Do go read all three threads.
I can see November 2 from my house!!!

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

It is an amazing thing to see folks who know that they are getting lied to and/or jerked around yet still they cling to an irrational hope that somehow it isn`t the case.

All politics is local.  You go against an 80+% (and, no doubt rising meteorically) approval rating at your peril. Add that to the idea that the lower 48 elites are attacking one of OURS and you get a very real idea of where your butter will be breaded.

Oh my.

So Andrew Sullivan has to lay off the malicious bashing of an infant and a 17-year-old girl.

You know, I used to be a daily reader of Andrew Sullivan until just before 2004, when he suddenly went off on his gay-marriage obsession.  For days and weeks and months, and probably years, that's all he wrote about, to the exclusion of other stuff.  Just gay marriage.  24/7/365.  Gay marriage.  Nothing else.  Gay marriage.

So I quit reading him; it got to be rather much, this 100% nothing-but-gay-marriage thing.

Hell, the Commander of the Alaska State Police defended Gov. Palin's decision when she fired him.

This is the one reason I don't mind "Troopergate" (and I suspect Gov. Palin doesn't either); by all outward appearances, she did everything by the book, and will be vindicated when all this "investigating" is done.  And in the mean time, the Democrat Propaganda Ministry is too occupied chasing their own tails on this "issue" to look for real issues they might take umbrage with her over.
