It dawned on me after what I posted in the Shoutbox that maybe I'd stereotyped DU-folk, maybe they were better than I ASSumed. Evidently I was not wrong in my ASSumption.

A large % (a majority, possibly) of those hurt by Harvard's racial discrimination are east, southeast, and south Asians. Why do DUmmies and similarly-minded Progs hate Asian people?

The thread is a couple hours old at this point. While all Replies are angry, there are only 12. I wonder whether this small response is because many DU-folk are depressed by the decision or many DU-folk have a hard time defending anti-Asian and -white racial discrimination (or a mix of both).

Since when was the 14th Amendment solely about minority races? It stated that everyone should be treated equally. It said nothing about treating a minority race better than the majority race. All races should  be on a level playing field as far as the government and society are concerned.

In real life, Thomas was: Assistant Attorney General of Missouri 1974 to 1977 (criminal  appeals and taxation/revenue); an attorney at Monsanto for 4 years; worked for Danforth 2 years as a energy issues legislative assistant for the Senate Commerce Committee; assistant secretary of education for the Office for Civil Rights in the U.S. Department of Education for about a year; chaired the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission from 1982 to 1990; justice on the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit for a year.

Thomas was nominated to the USSC and electronically lynched by Senate Dems and the MSM in 1991.

Justice Thomas was far from a "affirmative action" appointment, not that facts matter on DU.

Depending on the circumstance, leftists have repeatedly called Asians and Hispanics "white adjacent", which means they are not technically in a protected class.
