I'm, curious about these mental midgets and their gender foolishness...


It's not as common as it once was, but if a transgender baby showed up, the doctor would simply lop off the boy parts and the kid would be raised as a girl. Parents were not always told this was happening.

So now there's a trend to wait until the kid reaches some age to make up in its own mind. Does this mean that if said kid doesn't act like it "should" the parents will be in the position of interfering with the kid's normal development, no matter what they do?

Does any teenager truly know just which gender will truly make him, or her, feel properly identified?

I have been reading primitive posts for years but if there ever was a crazier post than this one here, I'll be damned if I can remember it.

Many times some primitive or another will post a word salad--TEB, for example--that has me asking what the hell they are talking about but that's not the case here.  This post is written in plain English. 

I heard about a case once where a newborn baby boy's penis was accidentally destroyed during circumcision and he was raised for a time as a girl but it didn't end up working out and when the parents came clean with the boy he lived the rest of his life as a man.  But that doesn't sound like what this primitive is talking about.

In what fantasy perpendicular universe did that ever happen? There is such a thing as being hermaphrodite (old term) or "intersex" (new term), but that is a physical (and sometimes genetically identifiable) deformity, not a male who mentally self-identifies as female (or vice-versa).

Three things about an hermaphrodite/intersex baby:

1. This is a genetic defect;

1. A doctor recognizes what the baby is when (s)he looks at the newly born baby;

3. The doctor does whatever (s)he does only after consulting and receiving the parents' permission.

These should not have to be pointed out, but many/most DU-folk would not think through to those realizations.

The title of that idiotic rambling is hypocritical, as claiming a baby could be transgender is the textbook definition of "gender foolishness."
