The social media theatre of the absurd is mocked in Courts of Law, Truth already has its pants on.

There is no need to catch up, it’s now the other way around…where Lies are laid bare, pants are prohibited!

It’s no lie to state the sole function of a criminal court trial is is to unearth only one thing…Truth. …jury are the masters of the Truth, the Jurist the Master of the Law. Isn’t it a magnificent system? The struggle to find the truth results from the conflict between prosecution and defence. It’s a system well honed by time and precedent.

A criminal trial is so much unlike a Twitter…this is all going to both educate and shock folks of the MAGA variety out of their trance, and others out of Twitter level knowledge of the rule of law…it’s already happening.

The Defendant didn’t get a dozen competitions for nomination because he’s omnipotent. On the contrary. That’s one man’s sad fantasy…The Emperor of Tweets and Terrorism has lost his pants! The Law eats fantasies and defendants with no pants on lunch break.

The J6 Committee was like a dress rehearsal where the stage had not yet been set…now the stage belongs to the Rule of Law, directed act by act by a professional of the highest calibre. Even a biased jurist is defenceless when the currency of law, Evidence, is overwhelming and the Procedure set in only slightly pliable stone.

When Dems have the judge and jurists all stacked in their favor as to assure the outcome, and they are only permitting the facts in their favor to be displayed and any evidence that is contrary is being squelched (as we are watching it being played out currently), that's not a functioning democracy.

The major problem with the Dems and leftists is that in order to accomplish their desires, they must have people who view the government as being trustworthy. Minus that, their plans will fall apart eventually. Much of the accusations leftists hurl now is because they see people's trust in gov't is slipping away.... and with it their dreams.

Have mentioned this in a different related thread in this vein, but I always cackle with amusement when leftist news articles refer to jurists as "Trump appointed" to imply prejudice but it is strictly verboten to refer to them as "Clinton, Obama, or Biden appointed justices."

Try that line on store owners whose stores shelves get swept bare by shoplifters DAs won't prosecute.

Try that line on people who got mugged by known violent offenders released on OR for the umpteenth-and-first time.

Try that line on people whose cars were targeted by smash-and-grab thieves and catalytic converter thieves.

Try that line on people who get prosecuted and students who get expelled for daring to defend themselves.
