If the laws don't apply to a president, why can't he be executed without a trial?


"Well, when the president does it, that means that it is not illegal."

Those words came out of Richard Nixon's mouth on live television. And that also happens to be Trump's belief about the presidency. The stupid shit really believes the law doesn't apply to him.

Let's take a moment off from reality and agree that the law doesn't apply to presidents or ex presidents. Well, that means that a jury of his peers can't judge him. It means that no court has authority over him. It means that the president, and the president alone, is not subject to the rule of law under which the rest of us live.

OKAY, so if he's not subject to our laws, a judge, a jury, or a presumption of innocence, then why can't he be taken out and hung without evidence, a trial, or any kind of conviction? Sounds insane, right? But if the laws don't apply to a president, someone needs to show me the error in the scenario I just laid out.

executing him first and then trying him at our convenience.

Democrat Delegate to the House of Representatives from the US Virgin Islands Stacey Plaskett appeared to make a Freudian slip during her latest appearance on MSNBC.

During her latest appearance on The Sunday Show Plaskett stated, “Having Trump not only having the codes but now having the classified information for Americans and being able to put that out and share it in his resort with anyone and everything who comes through should be terrifying to all Americans.”

Plaskett then continued, “He needs to be (shot) — Stopped.”

I can still recall, among many others, an occasion in which a DUmmy wished there could be "A patriotic sniper" to kill him, and another in which DUAC head BigmanPigman openly proposed slipping poisonous mushrooms into Trump's food.
