Speculating a bit closer to the real world, trust-fund lawyer Kennedy scion RFK Jr. running for POTUS may create a dilemma for the Ds: the spectre of LIEden having to go out on the road and campaign and stand for an hour or two in a televised debate (with no Covid epidemic to hide behind) vs. the ultra-bad look of trying to force RFK Jr. out or blocking LIEden-RFK Jr. debates. Speculating farther, probably 1/3-2/3 of RFK Jr.'s followers in Anti-Vaxxery are Dems, so trying to make an issue of that (in support of LIEden) could backfire.
