Robber held for “sausage and spice” attack

Police in Fresno County, California have arrested a man they believe broke into the home of two farm workers and carried at a bizarre food-based attack.

Antonio Vasquez is accused of rubbing one of the victims with spices and hitting the other with a sausage before fleeing the scene.

The 22-year-old suspect was discovered by police hiding in a nearby field wearing only a T-shirt, socks and underwear.

According to the website SFGate.com, the victims explained they woke up in the morning to find their assailant applying spices to one of them and hitting the other with an 8-inch sausage.

The victim was andouille assaulted.  He can only hope this criminal will be bacon in a hot jail soon.
